Yogyakarta, December 3, 2025 — The latest film from Uwais Pictures, Ikatan Darah, has officially made its Indonesian premiere at the prestigious international film festival JAFF (Jogja-NETPAC Asian Film Festival) 2025.
Directed by Sidharta Tata, Ikatan Darah screened at JAFF on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, and Thursday, December 4, 2025.
Explosive Action and Tension: A Sibling Survival Story
Ikatan Darah follows the intense journey of two siblings escaping a ruthless group of loan sharks. Derby Romero stars as Bilal, the brother trapped in a dangerous debt, while Livi Ciananta plays Mega, the fierce younger sister willing to fight back to protect their family. Their chemistry drives the film’s emotional core, balancing brutal action with heartfelt survival.
The star-studded cast also includes Dimas Anggara, Teuku Rifnu Wikana, Abdurrahman Arif, Rama Ramadhan, Agra Piliang, Ismi Melinda, and Indonesian screen veteran Lydia Kandou. Produced by Ryan Santoso, the film is backed by executive producers Iko Uwais, Yentonius Jerriel Ho, and Yocke Kaseger.
